How we can assist a disaster care or restoration company

The majority of the work we do in the insurance industry is for disaster care or restoration companies.

They appoint us to assist them in getting contents out of a property for either assessment or storage. We can assist in listing and skipping where needed but very often this is handled before we arrive. The priority is to get the unaffected items out so that there is minimal contamination between smoke-damaged items and unaffected items.

How we can assist a policy holder

The policy holder is our main concern throughout the process.

Mindful of the trauma that inevitably comes with a disaster like a fire or flood, we adopt an empathetic and professional attitude. Beyond that, we meet your requirements. It may mean packing up certain rooms first, or helping to load your car up with items you wish to keep with you. The emphasis is on reducing stress after what will no doubt have a deeply upsetting experience.

A full inventory of goods collected and the condition of items is always left with you or sent over my email if you aren’t present.
